User Element is not a web hosting company. However, we are happy to work with you, to help meet your hosting needs.

If you already have a website host

User Element will work with your current website host. User Element does not require customers to change hosts because we are doing the design work. We will need account privileges so that we can install your site, and will need to contact the hosting company to obtain information about the technical environment.

If you need a website host

If you need a website host, we have relationships with host providers, and can recommend one based on your needs. We can also assist you by taking care of the administrative work of setting up the hosting account.
